We review everything on a transcript in the context of a school's profile and requirements.

Hi,

I have two questions regarding GPA.
1. Will the grades I received in my Science Research class be counted? (I receive science credit for the class.)
2. I studied abroad for one semester last year at an accredited high school and the grades and credits I received there are on my transcript, but my school isn't putting those grades into my GPA. Will admissions consider these grades when recalculating my GPA/at all?

1. Yes.
2. You are required to submit a transcript from the high school you attended during your study abroad. The Admissions Committee will review your performance at that school separate from your performance at your other school. We do not merge records across different schools, and we do not review interpreted grades and transcripts by one's school. We require official documents from all schools attended directly.
