Admissions: Sending Transcripts

Just a quick question.  When I have my various transcripts sent into Johns Hopkins, do I have them sent to the Mason Hall address?  Also, is there a particular person they should be sent to or should the letters simply be mailed to admissions?

Thank You
Ravi

All transcripts, as well as any other mailed application materials, must be sent to:

Application Coordinator
Office of Undergraduate Admissions
Johns Hopkins University
Mason Hall
3400 N. Charles St.
Baltimore, MD 21218

There is no specific person application materials need to be submitted to. Please make sure that all application materials include the applicant's full name, birth date, and current school. Also, please make sure that all transcripts and school-related documents are sent directly to Johns Hopkins University by the schools you have attended. Student submitted school documentation is not considered official.

Hello,
I'm planning to transfer to JHU, but I'm a little confused regarding the different parts of the common application that I need to submit.

When I logged in to the common application, I saw a School Report (SR) that I need to submit. But when I downloaded the materials for the transfer application there was a different form instead, it's called Final Report (FR). Which report should I submit? "School Report" of "Final Report"?
I understand that both forms should be filled by my high school official, but these reports are a little different. Which is the right one for Transfer Students?

Thanks,
Hannah

Here is the list of requirements for transfer applicants to Johns Hopkins University: http://apply.jhu.edu/apply/deadlines.html#transfer

In terms of transcripts and school reports you will need to have submitted:

1) Final high school transcript - submitted along with the Secondary School Final Report from the Common Application

2) Most recent college transcript - submitted along with College Official's Form from the Common Application

***if you have attended multiple colleges, you must have college transcripts submitted from all school attended, but the College Official's Form is only completed by your current college

3) Updated spring transcript - submitted along with Mid-Term Report from the Common Application

If my current school has already sent a transcript without the College Report, can they do so separately or do I need to have them resend the transcript with the report with it?

The College Report is a required component of your application so you need to request that your current school complete and submit it, even if your transcript has already been sent.
